大多数项目仍然以传统方式交付：设计院、造价公司、监理公司以及建筑公司分别进行项目的设计、招标采购/成本管控、监理以及施工，其中设计院和建筑公司也有可能不止一家。以上所有公司都仅参与项目的某个阶段或方面——参与者很多，对全局负责的太少。Most projects are still delivered in the traditional way: design institutes, cost consulting firms, supervision companies, and construction companies separately handle design, bidding procurement/cost control, supervision, and construction.
